Exports

The Cypriot cheese industry has strong production capacity, enabling us to compete in international markets while growing our local presence. Exports are the core of our business, with over 90% of production shipped abroad by sea and air to countries such as the UK, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Australia, and the USA.

Our main export is authentic Cypriot halloumi, offered in several varieties — traditional, block, sliced, and flavored (e.g., chilli) — developed to meet consumer preferences. To date, we have exported more than 2,000 tons of products, and our goal is continuous growth in the years ahead.

A key strength is our BRC – AA World Food Safety Certification, ensuring the safety, quality, and authenticity of our products and processes.
